Paperless Conference Terminal
The paperless conference terminal is the core device for participants to interact with the system. It features an ultra-thin integrated design with embedded high-performance processing chips and multi-point capacitive touch screens, supporting digital operations throughout the entire conference process. Depending on the installation method and form factor, terminals are divided into LCD lift type, desktop tablet type, flip type, and more.

Desktop Tablet Terminal
The desktop tablet terminal adopts an integrated ultra-thin design without lift mechanism, placed directly on the desktop for use, suitable for retrofitting conference rooms with existing fixed desktops.

Flip Terminal
The flip terminal adopts an electric flip mechanism where the screen can be flipped and stowed below the desktop, suitable for high-end conference rooms requiring a clean desktop appearance.

Electronic Table Card
The electronic table card is an auxiliary display device for the paperless conference system, used to replace traditional paper or copper table cards, achieving digital display and dynamic updating of participant information.

Lift-type Dual-sided Table Card
The lift-type dual-sided table card is used in conjunction with LCD lift terminals. The table card screen is integrated on the outer side of the lift panel, always displaying name information during the lift process.

The conference management platform is the core control center of the paperless conference system, responsible for full-process conference management, data storage, permission control, terminal scheduling, and other functions. The platform adopts B/S architecture, supporting browser access without client software installation.

The conference management platform is the core control end of the paperless conference system. It is recommended to be operated by dedicated personnel. Please change the default administrator password immediately after the first installation and configure regular automatic backup policies.

Chairman Control Terminal
Abbreviation: Chairman Terminal
The chairman control terminal is a special terminal with additional centralized control permissions on top of all regular terminal functions. Chairman permissions can be pre-allocated by administrators or temporarily authorized during the conference.
Users
- Conference Host: Responsible for controlling the conference rhythm and guiding discussion direction;
- Conference Chairman: Has the highest control authority, can decide the conference process;
- Conference Secretary: Assists the chairman with technical operations and document management;

Terminal Device Control

Permission Management
- Chairman permissions can be set to single chairman mode or multiple chairman mode;
- In multiple chairman mode, each chairman has equal authority, operations require mutual confirmation (configurable);
- Chairman permissions can be revoked at any time, after revocation the terminal returns to regular terminal;
Chairman terminal permissions are higher than regular terminals, please allocate and use with caution. It is recommended to set up a backup chairman terminal for important conferences to prevent conference loss of control due to main chairman terminal malfunction.

Service Terminal
The service terminal is the operation terminal for conference service personnel, used to receive and process service requests from participants.
Users

Screen Sharing Terminal
The screen sharing terminal is an auxiliary terminal used to project conference content to large screens or projection devices, supporting reception of screens from any terminal or external signal source.

- Supports receiving screen sharing broadcast signals, real-time display of presenter screen;
- Supports receiving external signal sources (cameras, laptops, matrix output);

System Network Architecture
The paperless conference system supports multiple networking methods, adapting to different venue environments:
Pure Wired Networking
- All terminals access via network cable to POE switch;
- POE switch connects to conference server host via network cable;
- Advantages: Stable network, sufficient bandwidth, convenient power supply (POE);
- Disadvantages: Requires cabling construction;
- Applicable: New conference rooms, fixed venues;
Pure Wireless Networking
- All terminals access via WiFi to wireless AP;
- Wireless AP connects to conference server via network cable;
- Advantages: No cabling required, flexible deployment;
- Disadvantages: Subject to wireless signal interference, limited bandwidth;
